Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and coordinate ground handling services for safe, on-time departures and arrivals. You will oversee agents and leads, mentor staff, and ensure correct procedures are followed across the ramp and gate areas.

The role involves guiding aircraft to gates, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground support equipment, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience required
• Education as applicable
• Certification/licenses if applicable
• Airport Badge/Security Clearance if applicable

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach agents and leads.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
