Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead a ramp team and marshal aircraft on the tarmac. The role includes guiding baggage handling, de-icing when needed, and ensuring safe operations during arrivals and departures.

You will operate ramp equipment and may assist with cabin service duties as required. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to Unifi policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials required as per airport/state.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: 1 year of aviation/ground handling experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, and transfer passenger baggage and cargo as required.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, and servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Enforce safety policies and report hazards promptly.
