Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Must possess a valid driver''s license and MVR (varies by airport).
• Availability for extended hours and non-routine operations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and conduct personnel training and provide counseling when required.
• Supervise the efficient use of personnel and equipment to complete tasks to company standards.
• Communicate and clarify ambiguous items in manuals or policies to employees.
• Ensure the security of all company funds, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain working relationships with customers and respond promptly to service requests.
