Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Denver is seeking a Ramp Resource Planner (Allocator) to oversee daily ramp manpower and ensure safe, efficient flight handling. You will coordinate in real time with Frontier resources, airport staff, and internal teams, serving as the central point of communications and enforcing safety standards.

The role requires ramp/aviation experience, English proficiency, and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Prior ramp/aviation experience required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, employment history, and Custom Seals.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily ramp operations by coordinating manpower in real time.
Act as the central communication point for ramp operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with airline staff and airport agencies to maintain ramp operations.
Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside and operating equipment.
