Job summary

DHL Express is hiring Ramp Agents for our Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky (CVG). Ramp Agents handle sort, load and unload activities and move materials efficiently for timely delivery. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and passing security and drug-screen checks.

Eligible candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in all weather conditions. Schedules include 1st shift, full-time, with benefits such as Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to qualify for an airport security badge and/or Customs clearance for DHL facility access and pass a drug screen.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and climb stairs/ladders.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Read, write, speak and understand English.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform sort, load, and unload activities and move material with speed and accuracy according to established procedures to meet deadlines for business necessity.
Must be able to work in all-weather environments.
Ramp and sort operations at the CVG Hub; handling time‑sensitive materials for pick‑up, transit, and delivery.
