Job summary

DHL Express USA is hiring a Ramp Agent for our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. You will perform ramp and sort activities, loading and unloading materials and ensuring efficient movement to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly (70 pounds occasionally), and the reliability to work in all weather. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required, with benefits included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must qualify for an airport security badge and pass a drug screen.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

We have openings for Ramp Agents based out of our Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky (CVG). Ramp Agents are a crucial component to the success of DHL’s operations. They are involved in Ramp and Sort operations at the CVG Hub; including processing time-sensitive materials for pick-up, transit, and delivery as well as sorting, loading, unloading, and material handling.

Schedule Options

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Key Accountabilities

Perform sort, load, and unload activities and move material with speed and accuracy according to established procedures to meet deadlines for business necessity. Must also be able to work in all-weather environments. Must be able to lift an average of 50 pounds on a continuous basis, up to 70 pounds occasionally without assistance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to qualify for an airport security badge and/or Customs clearance for DHL facility access and pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and climb stairs/ladders
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and clean driving record.

Scheduled Shifts

1st shift, Full-Time, available.
