Job summary

UPS is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Albuquerque to supervise, train, and develop ramp employees, uphold safety, production and attendance, and set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety. You will lead across levels, foster teamwork, implement development plans, ensure orientation and coaching, and maintain compliance with policies.

Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts, basic age requirements, strong communication, and MS
