Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee the ramp team in the United States (Kentucky region, Northern). You will supervise ramp employees, ensure safety, drive productivity and maintain attendance across shifts.

You will train staff, develop performance plans, conduct evaluations, and foster a cooperative, proactive culture to support continuous improvement and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ramp employees to ensure safety, productivity and attendance.
• Train and develop staff; conduct evaluations and provide coaching.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and cross-department cooperation.
