Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and oversee safe, efficient ground handling operations at our Phoenix facility. You will supervise shift teams, guide aircraft to gates, and ensure baggage, cargo and mail are moved securely and on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-the-job training, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Flexibility for 24/7 operations and weekend/holiday coverage is essential as AGI expands nationwide.

• Airport Badge/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe, efficient manner.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with creating and managing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
• Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.
