Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to support ground operations on the airport ramp. The role involves loading baggage, operating ground equipment, marshaling aircraft, and assisting with catering and cleaning duties between flights.

Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a SIDA badge. Training will be provided; night/weekend/holiday hours are required as schedules vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to fulfill the requirements to obtain a SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by law.
• Must successfully attend and complete all required training.
• No prior experience necessary — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and co-mail of various weights and dimensions to and from aircraft and the airport baggage receiving area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates; assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with commissary services including loading and unloading catering carts and galley supplies.
• Conduct aircraft security searches and maintain safe ramp conditions.
