Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Ramp Manager to oversee all ramp operations, ensuring safe, efficient ground handling and timely aircraft turnarounds at our Newark-area operations.
You will lead ramp teams, coordinate resources and ground support equipment, monitor performance, and uphold aviation safety standards while communicating with flight crews and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The Ramp Manager is responsible for overseeing all ramp operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely handling of aircraft on the ground. This role involves managing ramp teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of ramp managing experience.

Bachelor's degree in aviation , Logistics, or a related field preferred.
If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
5+ years of experience in ground handling or aviation operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
In-depth knowledge of ramp operations, aviation safety protocols, and ground support equipment.
