Job summary

Jet Aviation Belgrade is seeking a Line & Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety and service excellence. This on-site role at our Bozeman, MT FBO focuses on ground operations, customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic English (B1+), and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine.
• Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role.
• A strong eye for quality and a customer service focus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Pride in doing things right and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
