Job summary

Jet Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Line & Ramp Agent to support ground operations and deliver exceptional service to passengers and crew. You will assist with aircraft movements, luggage handling and customer amenities, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, basic English, and ideally one year of mechanical exposure. Training is provided and the position is on-site at our FBO in Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic.
• Basic English (B1) for daily operations.
• Experience with ground support equipment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible, around-the-clock schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely supporting aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling and GSE use.
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews with luggage, transport, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high safety and cleanliness standards.
• Following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
