Jet Aviation Inc. is seeking a Line and Ramp Agent for our Scottsdale, AZ FBO location. You will support aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety, precision, and exceptional service in a dynamic, all-day operation.

Responsibilities include ground handling, customer assistance, and upkeep of facilities and equipment, while maintaining a strong safety culture and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations (fueling, towing, marshalling, ground support).
• Delivering excellent customer service for passengers and crews.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Report hazards or issues and support a safety-first culture.
