Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. in Miami/Opa Locka is seeking a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety and exceptional service. You will work on-site in a fast-paced FBO environment, handling ground operations, fueling, towing, marshalling, and guest amenities.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service to passengers and crews, maintaining facilities and equipment to high safety standards, and actively participating in safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication at B1 level or above.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high safety and quality standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
