Job summary

Jet Aviation in Teterboro, NJ seeks a Line and Ramp Communications Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate all communications between customers, flight crews, and ground operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This on-site role requires flexibility for a 24/7 aviation schedule, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to use Passur Software and related systems.

Compensation includes $23.00–$27.00 hourly, plus a performance bonus up to 5%, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to radio calls from aircraft, disseminating information to the appropriate departments.
• Track aircraft arrivals and departures using Passur Software; ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with Customs and Border Patrol for international arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate records of aircraft movements and generate reports for management.
