Job summary

Unifi is hiring for a ramp operations role based in Michigan. You will marshal aircraft on the ramp, load and unload baggage, operate ramp equipment, perform de-icing as required, and may assist with cabin service. The position offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring safety-minded individuals who can work flexible shifts

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials as required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo to/from aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and per standards; report hazards immediately.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state

Possess a valid Driver's License
