Job summary

Unifi, a veteran aviation services provider, invites applications for ramp staff at Charlotte. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, loading/unloading baggage, de-icing, and operating ramp equipment, with flight privileges after 30 days for eligible family members. Full-time roles start at 30 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wing from equipment.
• Load/unload/sort passenger baggage and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties (cleaning, restocking).
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete work safely and securely per standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards promptly.
