McGee Air Services is seeking a Ramp Agent to load and unload baggage and cargo, support aircraft handling, and work in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay: $22.96/hour (Step 1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Pay Range: $22.96-$25.17/hour (Steps 1 through 7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement)

Lifting/Carrying: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry baggage and cargo weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more.
Driving/Operating Equipment: Must be able to operate various ground support equipment (GSE) which requires a valid driver’s license and the physical capability to do so safely.
Vision/Hearing: Clear vision (including depth perception and peripheral vision) and hearing are required for monitoring flight information, communication via radio/headsets, and safety compliance in a noisy environment.
Outdoor Exposure: The job is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Noise and Environment: The work environment is very noisy, near active aircraft engines and ground support machinery, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other airborne particles.
