General Information

Job Title: Ramp Agent/PT - OAJ-Delta-Full Handling/RD2AGT

Location: Richlands, North Carolina

Base Pay Rate: $15.00

Employment Type: Part Time

Exempt Status: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Overnight shift, 09:00 pm, Monday through Sunday

Requirements and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
• Safeguard customers' baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction.
• Handle passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials safely.
• Operate pushback equipment and coordinate with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Record and manage cargo and baggage transport and delivery.
• Operate motorized equipment such as belt loaders, lift trucks, pushback tugs, and deicers, or manually handle carts and containers.
• Complete paperwork and data entry related to work assignments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within skill and experience levels.

Qualifications:

• Must be a resident of the state.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport security.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing 70+ pounds regularly.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
• High School diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
