Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Ramp Agent for peak periods in Minneapolis, MN. The role emphasizes safe ramp operations, baggage handling, and aircraft servicing to support peak season flights.

You will drive ground service equipment, marshal aircraft, and ensure timely, safe ramp activity while meeting security and padding requirements. The position requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and security checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for aircraft arrival/departure with equipment and safety checks.
• Safely load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail for aircraft and baggage areas.
• Operate ground service equipment after training (tow trucks, belt loaders, etc.).
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with parking.
• Provide aircraft services (cleaning, restocking, lavatories, water, deicing).
• Report safety/operational issues promptly and follow safety regulations.
