Qualifications

• Team-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Must complete Ramp Agent training with 90% average.
• Able to read and follow documents and procedures.
• Willing to work varying shifts, including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Load, unload, and direct aircraft baggage and cargo.
• Operate or drive equipment like belt loaders and tugs.
• Support flight operations to keep planes departure-ready.
• Complete forms and enter information into the company system.
