Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent for our Ground Handling Department. The role involves under-wing servicing, loading/unloading baggage, operating service vehicles, guiding aircraft, performing cabin maintenance, and de-icing tasks in an outdoor airport setting.

You will work as part of a team to meet company goals and ensure top-tier customer service. Training will be provided, and shifts include weekends, nights, holidays, or irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Must complete Ramp Agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork in outdoor airport operations.
• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft and perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft and support ground handling activities.

The primary responsibility of the position is baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. Ramp Agents are expected to keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when completing their daily tasks. The successful candidate will successfully complete the Ramp Agent training course.
