Job summary

Choice Aviation Services in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Ramp Agent to support aircraft turnarounds, direct arrivals and departures, load and unload baggage, and assist with servicing lavatories and water. You will work under the Lead Agent to ensure smooth operations.

You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be available for nights, weekends, and varying schedules. Training and safety policies are part of the role, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs on a regular basis.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules.
• Must complete airline-specific training programs and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the ramp at all times.
• Assist with ramp setup and storage of equipment and baggage.
• Marshal and direct aircraft on the ramp; park arriving and departing airplanes.
• Load and unload baggage and airfreight; sort and transfer to carousels.
• Service lavatories and potable water; perform cabin grooming as needed.
• Follow safe ground-handling procedures and maintain equipment.
• Comply with safety procedures and airline policies.
• Communicate with flight crews and ground personnel consistently.
• Participate in Choice Aviation’s SMS and Quality Management objectives.
• Contribute to daily quality control and fulfill other duties as required.
