Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is looking for a Ramp Agent in Boston, MA, to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. Training will be provided, and the role reports to the General Manager. Shift coverage includes weekends, nights, and holidays.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, can multitask, and works well in a team. You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and meet background/drug-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Ramp Agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Under-wing servicing of the aircraft and baggage handling.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo; operate service vehicles.
• Guide and park aircraft; perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft and support ground handling operations.
