Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent to join the Ground Handling Department. The role focuses on baggage handling, servicing aircraft, and supporting ramp operations in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment.

You will complete ramp agent training and report to the General Manager, collaboratively ensuring safety, efficiency, and high service standards for customers and airline partners. Minimum qualifications include training completion and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment on the ramp.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks and de-ice aircraft.
• Support teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
