Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety and attendance are essential.
• Ability to read and measure with micrometers, calipers, tape measures, protractor, feeler gauge, and weight scale.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
• Understanding and applying 6S principles and maintaining a clean work area.
• Capability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
• Record prime product, resin and scrap across multiple extrusion lines and use intranet for process sheets and QC documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate ram extrusion processes and setup/tear down dies as required.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes, identifying heats, rates, defects, and ensuring product specifications.
• Record production in Movex and manage scrap and packaging.
• Perform routine maintenance with maintenance team and support tooling as needed.
• Prepare and label materials; ensure accurate QC documentation and shift handover.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
