Job summary

Micron Technology Inc. in the United States is seeking a High Volume Manufacturing RAM Hardware Equipment Owner to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of automated RDA and Metrology tools. The role combines project management, data analysis, and hands-on engineering to enhance uptime and support manufacturing success.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, documentation, collaboration with suppliers, and leading improvement initiatives across the fab network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• 2+ years experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software systems in a semiconductor environment.
• Proficiency in statistics, SPC, DOE.
• Ability to analyze technical data and communicate results through reports.
• Knowledge of safety principles including OSHA requirements and safe equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Own the installation, qualification, maintenance, upgrade, and performance of assigned RDA and Metrology equipment.
• Develop and maintain equipment procedures, preventive maintenance plans, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Partner with suppliers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues and improve tool reliability and uptime.
• Investigate equipment abnormalities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive equipment matching, standardization, and continuous improvement across the fab network.
