Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Lead for Vulnerability Management to drive the program across our global environment. You will plan, execute, and enhance assessments, leading remediation efforts and reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires deep experience with major vulnerability management platforms and cross-functional communication to reduce risk across Windows, macOS and Linux ecosystems. This leadership position sits within a large, global consumer brands company.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7) in large corporate environments.
• Extensive knowledge addressing vulnerabilities across Microsoft, Apple and Linux OS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of vulnerability management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Plan and execute regular vulnerability assessments within our environment.
• Develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
• Prioritization and drive mitigation/remediation efforts.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of vulnerability management activities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure awareness and remediation.

Position Overview

Lead and manage Ralph Lauren's Vulnerability Management program

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of vulnerability management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Plan and execute regular vulnerability assessments within our environment.
• Develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
• Prioritization and drive mitigation/remediation efforts.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of vulnerability management activities (metrics, trends, recommendations for improvement ...), to leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to ensure awareness of vulnerabilities and support for remediation.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7) and related technologies in large corporate environments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience assessing and coordinate addressing in Microsoft, Apple and Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
