Job summary

Rally House is seeking interns to join its corporate teams in Lenexa, KS, gaining hands-on experience across Digital Marketing/Ecommerce, Buying, Financial Accounting, and IT. The program is fully onsite at the corporate office and emphasizes collaboration, learning, and real-world projects.

Interns will support department projects, participate in cross-functional teams, attend leadership lunch-and-learns, and present final results to Rally House leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office in Lenexa, KS.
• Willing to work part-time in Rally House store prior to starting internship.
• Interest in sports or retail industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and day-to-day activities within the intern’s specific department.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments on cross-functional projects and final presentations.
• Attend lunch and learns with company leaders to gain insight into various Rally House departments and build professional connections.
• Complete retail store training to gain hands-on experience in store operations.
• Compete in a case competition to sharpen problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Present final projects to Rally House leadership, showcasing collaboration and results.

While interns dive deep into specific teams, the program also provides broad exposure to the entire business and fosters collaboration across all departments. All internships are fully onsite at our corporate office in Lenexa, KS.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
