Job summary

Rally House offers an Internship Program that enables students to contribute to Rally House's success while gaining immersive learning at our corporate office in Lenexa, KS. Internships cover Digital Marketing/Ecommerce, Buying, Financial Accounting, and IT, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Interns work onsite, participate in a case competition, and present final projects to leadership, developing professional connections and real-world experience in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university preferred.
• Available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office in Lenexa, KS.
• Interest in Sports or Retail industries is a plus.
• Must be willing to work part-time in Rally House store prior to starting the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and day-to-day activities within the intern's department.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments on cross-functional projects and final presentations.
• Attend lunch and learns with company leaders to gain insight into Rally House departments and build professional connections.
• Complete retail store training to gain hands-on experience in store operations.
• Compete in a case competition to sharpen problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Present final projects to Rally House leadership, showcasing collaboration and results.

The Rally House Internship Program offers students an exciting opportunity to contribute to Rally House's success while gaining a unique, immersive learning experience. Internships are available in areas such as Digital Marketing/Ecommerce, Buying, Financial Accounting, and IT. While interns dive deep into specific teams, the program also provides broad exposure to the entire business and fosters collaboration across all departments. All internships are fully onsite at our corporate office in Lenexa, KS.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
