Job summary

Rally House is hiring a Teammate to deliver a welcoming, energetic shopping experience while completing daily tasks with care. This temporary seasonal role supports sales, merchandising, and store operations through teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, following playbooks, maintaining clean fixtures, and representing the Rally House brand with professionalism. Eligibility starts at 16, and prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Seasonal/temporary availability during peak periods.

Job Description

The Teammate supports the success of the store by delivering a welcoming and engaging experience for guests while completing daily tasks with care and consistency. This role contributes to sales, merchandising, and operations through strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative. The Teammate helps create a positive store environment and represents the Rally House brand with energy and professionalism.

This is a temporary seasonal position intended to support peak business demands. Continued employment is not guaranteed and would require a change in employment status based on business needs and individual performance.

Service

• Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Party model
• Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products
• Resolve basic customer issues and elevate when needed
• Represent Rally House with enthusiasm and professionalism

Pay Range
