Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Wilson, NC is currently hiring Servers and To Go staff. You will guide guests through the menu, upsell items, and learn the POS system while handling side tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and guest‑oriented skills, and knowledge of beer, wine and spirits. Must be flexible to morning, evening and weekend shifts and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn the computer system/POS navigation
• Guide the guests through the menu and suggestive selling
• Knowledge and comprehension of beer, wine, and spirits
• All positions are also expected to perform a variety of side work tasks
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility and availability to work am, pm, and weekend shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
