Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Raleigh, NC is hiring servers and To-Go staff to join a fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, guide through the menu, and pair recommendations with upselling opportunities. Training on the POS system will be provided, and candidates should be ready for every shift and guest interaction.

Open interviews are held on Tuesday or Wednesday from 2 PM to 4 PM. Bring required documents for Form I-9; we look forward to meeting you.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Willing to learn the POS system and navigate the menu.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take orders, describe menu items, and upsell when appropriate.
• Assist with To-Go orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle side duties as needed.

• Guide the guests through the menu and suggestive selling
• Knowledge and comprehension of beer, wine, and spirits
• All positions are also expected to perform a variety of side work tasks
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility and availability to work am, pm, and weekend shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
