Job summary

Accentuate Staffing in Raleigh is seeking a Product Coordinator to support Product Managers with lifecycle activities, including order tracking, scheduling, and reporting. You’ll coordinate with internal and remote teams to meet milestones and commitments.

You will help analyze quote activity, monitor progress, and contribute to cost and process improvements across PDE and product teams, ensuring accurate information and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience in product coordination, project coordination, operations, manufacturing, sales support, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track customer orders from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal and remote teams to ensure key dates, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Communicate order delays or deviations from customer commitments to Product Managers and coordinate with internal and external teams to develop recovery plans and minimize customer impact.
• Support Product Managers and production teams by tracking priorities, schedules, and project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain reports ranging from daily operational updates to annual reporting requirements.
• Partner with Product Management and Sales teams to track, analyze, and report on quote activity and results.
• Perform cost, performance, and process improvement analyses to support Product Management and Product Development Engineering (PDE) teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market activity to support product planning and business decisions.
• Maintain accurate order, project, and product-related information while ensuring timely communication across departments.
