Job summary

Premier Resources Group (PRG) in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Project Controls Specialist I/II for a hybrid, full-time contract role. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in project controls including scheduling, cost management, estimating, forecasting, and change control.
• Experience with project data reporting and analytics to support project managers.
• Direct experience supporting cost and/or scheduling activities in a multi-project environment.
• Must reside in Raleigh, NC area and be able to work onsite three days per week.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, cost controls, estimating, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop and maintain schedules, WBS, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Track scope, schedule, and cost changes and support change control processes.
• Perform schedule variance, earned value, and critical path analysis.
• Generate analytics, reports, and performance metrics for projects.
• Analyze data to identify trends and potential performance issues.
• Maintain project estimates for labor, materials, and other costs.
• Communicate cost and schedule performance to Project Managers.
• Support benchmarking and continuous improvement in project controls.
