Job summary

The Amenity Collective seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead Raleigh branch operations in a fast-paced construction and renovation environment, managing P&L, safety, compliance, staffing, and customer satisfaction across projects and teams.

You will optimize performance, recruit and develop staff, build strong client and subcontractor relationships, oversee scheduling and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality spaces on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction or renovation.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across construction and renovation projects, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and key metrics with actionable insights.
• Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships for repeat business.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for the branch.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and staff development.
