Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years managing, coaching, and motivating teams; seniority preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible, growth-minded, and able to learn new guidelines and tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with XML/HTML/CSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Content Production Specialists (about 20), including leads; recruit and train as needed.
• Mentor leads and specialists to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as final quality gatekeeper for all team output and address concerns proactively.
• Define project scopes with curriculum leads and allocate capacity across projects.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders across teams.
• Design workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot production workflow issues and collaborate with engineers to improve tools.
