Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding rail service and status.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely service updates.
• Investigate issues and coordinate solutions with internal departments.
• Build customer relationships through professional communication.
• Support railcar, train, and shipment tracking.
• Prepare and review operational and customer data in systems.
• Research data discrepancies and service concerns.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and other departments.
