Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Training: knowledge of teaching, training, research, presentations, testing, and other instructional methods.
• Accident Investigation: knowledge of accident investigation guidelines, regulations, and procedures including preservation of scene, root cause analysis, and evidence handling.
• Compliance: knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Interpersonal Skills: ability to relate well to people from varied backgrounds and situations, with tact, empathy, and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and development within the Track discipline.
• Organize training activities across the FRA.
