Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in Menasha, WI, seeks a Railroad Signal Technician to perform daily inspections of highway grade crossing and wayside signaling systems.

You will follow FRA regulations and work from a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of railroad signal maintenance experience, training certificates, and the ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years railroad signal maintenance experience preferred.
• Successful completion of relevant training program or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cohesive team with minimal supervision.
• Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Maintain compliance with FRA, OSHA, Faith Technologies and customer safety requirements; report unsafe acts.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections with accuracy.
• Operate heavy equipment to support grade crossing system installations.
• Install, program, and calibrate grade crossing equipment; follow AREMA guidelines.
• Verify site information against circuit plans; read railroad timetable documents.
• Use signal testing equipment and required tools; comply with Signalman Hours of Service regulations.
