This role involves managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience.

The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility across various locations including Omaha, Milwaukee, Chicago, and Naperville, with an opportunity for full remote for highly experienced candidates.

Qualifications

12+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years focused on rail track design.
Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget on complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical staff and review engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead railroad track design and infrastructure projects from planning through design and into construction support.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Group Leaders across the national Railroad Division.
