Benesch is seeking a Civil Engineer (0–3 years) to support traffic design and transportation engineering for roadway and infrastructure projects, including rail grade crossings, signal systems, and traffic operations. Responsibilities include preparing preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and calculations; conducting traffic operations and safety analyses for rail crossings; and building relationships with transportation agencies.

The ideal candidate has a B.S.

Qualificações

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CADD, Synchro, GIS, and other traffic modeling software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently.
• Interest in mentorship and leadership development.
