Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel for extended periods and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities at the job site and with dispatchers, crews, and contractors.
• Lead safety briefings before work and enforce railroad rules.
• Ensure contractors meet training requirements and regulatory standards.
• Complete daily reports and maintain on-track safety per federal regulations.
