Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Class 1 railroads or equivalent.
• Must be willing to travel long periods (50–85% on average).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities at the job site.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and train crews.
• Lead safety briefings before work begins.
• Follow and enforce railroad, state, and federal rules.
• Ensure contractors meet training requirements.
• Spot and address any rule violations.
• Complete daily reports on work activities.
• Maintain on-track safety following federal regulations.
