Job summary

Hulcher Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Laborer to assist in clearing railroad derailments and performing related tasks at various sites in emergency response operations. The role involves lifting and moving heavy equipment, operating power tools, and maintaining safety and equipment records.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and must be able to qualify for a Commercial Driver License. Willingness to work on-call 24/7 and travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL eligibility preferred or required upon signup.
• Able to use or learn to use tools and equipment as needed.
• Must be able to work in emergency response environments 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground support for operations.
• Move, detach/attach chains, blocks, and cables.
• Climb on/under derailed equipment and perform setup tasks.
• Operate tools and welding equipment as required.
• Maintain equipment service records and safety of tools.
