Job summary

Ring Inc. seeks a Safety Support Specialist to assist the Company Safety Manager by providing field support and helping project teams implement safety, health, training, and drug-free policies across multiple sites.

You will coordinate safety programs, conduct audits and training, lead toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations. This full-time role requires travel and strong communication, able to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health preferred; related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Professional safety certification (CSP/CHST/ASP/OHST/CIH) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program across project locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Provide training on safety and health requirements to personnel.
• Lead safety and toolbox meetings; document audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Assist investigation of injuries/illnesses and communicate regulatory changes.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and third-party personnel; liaise with OSHA and regulators.
• Support pre-job safety planning and emergency response development.
• Prepare safety correspondence and monitor program adherence.
