Job summary

HDR is seeking a Railroad Bridge Engineering Intern II in Missoula, MT, to gain hands-on experience on transportation projects. You will work under supervision to apply engineering techniques and contribute to design tasks within a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

You will engage with mentors, participate in young professionals programs, and develop problem-solving and communication skills while supporting ongoing HDR initiatives in transportation infrastructure.

In the role of Railroad Bridge Engineering Intern II, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• 2 years of an HDR internship
• Local candidate preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
