Job summary

VIVA Railings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide projects from inception to final implementation, ensuring adherence to client specs, budget, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning with architects and engineers, managing the full project lifecycle, negotiating with vendors, securing permits, monitoring milestones, and enforcing quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in railing or construction.
• Understanding of fabrication procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Familiarity with quality standards and health & safety protocols.
• Experience with construction scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Plan with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from design through installation.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for favorable terms.
• Secure permits and licenses; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources, procurement, and budgeting to avoid delays.
• Direct project teams and monitor milestones with clear communication.
