Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and ensuring client needs are met.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Financial Oversight: Help monitor project expenditures and budgeting, ensuring projects remain within financial targets and identifying potential financial risks.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all aspects of the project adhere to VIVA Railings’ standards of quality and safety.
• Industry Knowledge Development: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and innovative approaches.
